Role
We are looking for a Fundraising/Sales Management professional to run a new residential operation based in Cork.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious self starter to run an operation of a successful Fundraising company, with the support of the Operations Director and support departments in our Dublin office. This position will primarily focus on training and coaching new recruits, working in the field, driving targets and building teams.
Previous experience in a similar position (managing door to door sales teams) is required. The successful candidate must be a hands-on manager, who leads by example and with a proven track record of exceeding targets. Must have excellent people management skills. Experience in a fast-changing high pressure environment is essential.
