About the job…

Total Fundraising is a service provider for the charity sector, working on behalf of leading charities, with a vision to secure a long term and sustainable income for charities of all sizes. At the moment we are working with Action Aid Ireland, Barnardos, The Dogs Trust, The Irish Heart Foundation and World Vision. Last year we raised over 33 million for our Charity Clients and are aiming to do even more for these amazing causes this year!

Our teams work at events, on the street and door to door, campaigning and fundraising for their charity. Our teams work Monday to Friday in Dublin, Belfast and Limerick but for the more adventurous there are travel opportunities available Nationwide with accommodation and transport provided! All of our staff earn a basic weekly wage. With our uncapped bonuses there is a lot of earning potential. The harder you work, the more benefits you reap – from your earnings at the end of the week to promotional and career opportunities. Many of our entry level employees have been promoted through the ranks to leading positions in the company including campaign management, recruitment, training, telephone fundraising and even our Directors started out as Fundraisers!  Other employees have gone on to make successful careers working directly with charities.

Requirements

No experience is necessary, however we are looking for passionate and energetic individuals who are hard working and fun loving.

Applicant must also have:

  • Confidence and excellent Communication skills
  • High level of self-motivation and ambition
  • A genuine desire to over-achieve
  • Fluent in speaking, reading and writing English
  • Eligibility to work in Ireland as we only accept applicant’s with valid work permits, where required.
  • All applicants must be over 18 years of age
  • You must be available to work for at least 3 months (summer positions available for students and long term contracts also available).

We are particularly interested in speaking to successful sales and promotions people.  However experience is not absolutely necessary as full training will be provided to the right candidates.
A full driving licence is an advantage as the use of a company car is on offer to fundraisers who are promoted to team leaders.
